Our first step in the planning process is to define the type of involvement you would like us to have. View our Packages below and select the best fit for your specific needs.
Discovery Call
Next is the fun part...designing your perfect trip! First you must fill out our Travel Inquiry Form. You will be prompted to create an account - but don’t worry we won’t bug you with information you don’t need. The Travel Inquiry Form will ask you all of the details we will need to know ahead of our initial Discovery Call. At the end of the Travel Inquiry Form you will select the best date and time for our Discovery Call.
Support all the Way!
After our Discovery Call, we’ll send over a custom proposal within 7–8 business days. Sometimes the first version is perfect; other times, it takes a little tweaking. The most important thing is that, in the end, it reflects exactly what you’ve dreamed of. Once it’s finalized, we’ll secure it with a deposit or payment—and then it’s time to pack your bags!
I provide support before, during, and after your trip, with helpful hints, reminders, travel hacks, and fun facts I’ve picked up along the way.

40+ hours to create these types of trips
For travelers who want expert recommendations, full-service, curated itineraries with extended travel support.
Includes:
Complimentary Discovery Call
Hotel, resort, villa or cruise recommendations in up to 3 destinations
Booking of airfare (private or commercial)
Booking of all accommodations
Booking of airport transfers, private chauffeur and/or rental vehicles
Booking of concierge services including golf tee times, spa appointments, dinner reservations, theater tickets and custom requests
Booking of all tours, activities and excursions with access to exclusive offerings
Detailed destination guide
Assistance with country-specific travel entry requirements as applicable
Packing lists
VIP perks with our preferred partners
Welcome amenity or pre-travel gift
Extended travel support before, during and after travel (up to 24/7 where available, direct support via text)
Groups
STARTING AT $500 (FLAT FEE)
For groups of 10 or more travelers, a flat fee will be established based on the needs and wishlist of the group. All fees will be discussed upfront. Fee may be split amongst group members.

The majority of our partnerships, perks, and reimbursements come from hotel, resort, vacation rental or cruise companies. Economy class airline tickets also require one of these types of bookings. Flights and activities are available as part of our custom packages. Premium economy (in a separate cabin), business and first class airfare is supported by our Fora Flights team and available to book as a stand alone service. A $50/person charge will apply.

Yes! We work with our vetted rental management companies to find the perfect fit for you.

We cannot work with points to book resort, hotel, cruise, or rental accommodations, however we encourage you to book flights using your points!

Absolutely yes! Loyalty rewards are available on bookings made by Journey by Julie. Just provide us with your reward numbers.

Simply put, we aren’t like other travel advisors! We spend an extensive amount of time on each trip personalizing it to your individual wishes. Commissions from industry partners are typically very low in comparison to the time and commitment we provide each of our clients. Planning fees cover our time researching, designing, booking and supporting your trip from beginning to end. This saves you time and stress to enjoy all the best parts of travel!
