A great trip is built on hundreds of small decisions, and I’ve already made most of them before you ever ask.
I design every itinerary with the same care I'd want for my own family: hand-picked hotels, real relationships that unlock VIP perks, and logistics planned down to the detail. That means fewer surprises, better rooms, smoother connections, and a trip that feels effortless because someone was actually paying attention.
And when something changes mid-trip, you're not on hold with a call center. You're texting me. The result is a trip that you can be fully present in.

I work best with travelers who value thoughtful design over cutting corners, who want a trip that feels personal, not templated, and who'd rather spend their energy on the actual vacation than the fifteen tabs it takes to plan one. Family milestones, honeymoons, multigenerational trips, or a getaway that's just for you. If it deserves to be done right, I'm your person.
I also work closely with clients who want private aviation woven into their trip, whether that's a specific charter need or just wanting someone who actually understands how that world works.
If you want a trip that's actually designed, with someone who picks up the phone when your connection gets canceled, that's where I come in.

Because the hours I spend on your trip are real, whether or not anything gets booked.
Before a single flight or hotel is reserved, there's research, back-and-forth with hotels and airlines to unlock the best rooms and perks, and detailed planning that goes into every layer of your itinerary. The planning fee reflects that time and expertise, the same way you'd expect to pay for any professional's time, regardless of the outcome.
It also means my full attention goes toward clients who are genuinely ready to travel, not just window shopping, which is part of how I'm able to give the kind of over-the-top, detail-driven support I promise every client from the first conversation on.

Love that for you, truly. Not every trip needs a full design from scratch, and I'm not shy about that.
If you've already got the itinerary figured out and just want the hotel or cruise booked through someone with real relationships (think upgraded rooms, resort credits, and VIP perks you won't get booking direct), that's exactly what my complimentary hotel-only and cruise-only booking service is for. You do the planning you love, I handle the booking and unlock the extras, at no cost to you.
It's a great way to work together without handing over the whole trip, and honestly, a lot of my full-service clients started here first.

It depends on the flight.
Domestic flights are something I book as part of a fully custom itinerary, not as a standalone service. They're one piece of a much bigger picture I'm designing for you, so I don't take those on in isolation.
International flights in premium cabins (premium economy, business or first) are different. I offer those as a standalone booking for $50 per traveler. If you know where you're headed and just want expert help finding and booking the right premium seat on the best plane, I'm happy to take care of that on its own.
Private aviation is where I really shine. Between my husband's flying career and our family's private aviation businesses, I bring genuine, firsthand operational knowledge to charter bookings that most advisors simply don't have. Whether it's a family trip, a group of friends, or a business charter, I know how to navigate the details, aircraft options, logistics, and timing, that actually make a charter experience seamless, not just booked.

Not in the sense of only knowing one corner of the map, but yes, there's definitely a sweet spot.
Most of what I design lands in North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and cruises. These are the destinations I know inside and out, down to the hotel that'll actually treat you right and the details that make a good trip a great one.
That said, wanderlust doesn't stop at those borders, and neither do I. I work with a trusted network of travel partners around the globe. So if your next trip is somewhere further afield, I can still bring the same level of care and design to it. Backed by a specialist who knows that destination as well as I know my own favorites.

Typically no. Hotel rates booked through me are generally the same (or better) as what you'd find booking direct, sometimes even better once perks are factored in. The difference isn't in the price, it's in everything you get on top of it: room upgrades when available, resort credits, early check-in or late check-out, welcome amenities, and a direct line to me if anything needs handling during your stay.
-
For flights, absolutely, if you've got points sitting there, let's put them to good use.
For everything else: hotels, cruises, private aviation, experiences, those cannot be booked with points. The upgrades, the perks, the little extras that make a trip feel taken care of happen here. It's part of how I'm able to give you that over-the-top support from start to finish.

The perks might look similar on paper. The experience won't.
I'm a real person, not a 1-800 number and a hold song. When something changes mid-trip, you're texting me, not starting over with a stranger who's never heard of your itinerary. I bring individual taste, real relationships, and a personal style that a corporate portal simply can't replicate. Every trip I design reflects genuine thought about you, not an algorithm matching you to a rate code.
You're getting someone who actually knows you and your trip, from the first conversation to the moment you're home.
